BioPro Ion exchange Column(IEX) 離子交換樹脂管柱
BioPro IEX Columns可用於蛋白質(proteins)、Peptide(胜肽)、核酸(nucleic acids)之樣品分離，並可提供高穩定性與管柱批次之間(lot-to-lot)的再現性，非常適合用於品管QC與分析使用。
依照polymer beads分為親水性多孔(porous)、非多孔(non-porous)兩種類型，porous類型可提供高分離度及高吸附量DBC(Dynamic binding capacity)，而non-porous則可以提供高分離度及快速分離之應用。
離子交換樹脂官能基提供兩種選擇
強陰離子(Strong-anion exchanger)：Q(quatemary ammonium group,-CH2N+(CH3)3 )
強陽離子(Strong-Cation exchanger)：S(Sulfopropyl group,-(CH2)3SO3–)

We are comparing humanized monoclonal antibody isolation between BioPro IEX SF and a commercial column under the same gradient conditions at pH 5.6. BioPro IEX SF can be analyzed in a shorter time than commercially available columns, with sharp peaks and good separation.

Shows the lot-to-lot reproducibility of BioPro IEX SF. It has high separability in any filler lot and has excellent reproducibility. The high reproducibility between lots makes it ideal for quality control of biopharmacy.
-Non-porous 30mm long column effective for ultra-high speed analysis
We are comparing protein separation between non-porous and porous columns. The BioPro IEX column non-porous type is suitable for high-speed analysis at high flow rates because of its excellent mechanical strength of the substrate and high column efficiency.

The BioPro IEX column porous type is an ion exchange column based on a hydrophilic polymer with extremely low non-specific adsorption, and has a surface structure that easily interacts with proteins. Therefore, it exhibits high dynamic adsorption capacity and recovery rate for proteins.

Breakthrough curves
-High adsorption capacity that does not reduce resolution even with a large load
BioPro IEX QA shows a good peak shape even when the load on the sample is increased, although the peak shape is poor and the separation is insufficient even when the load is small on the commercially available column. Therefore, it is also effective when you want to increase the total load and detect minor peaks, or when performing small-scale purification.
